After over 15 years in the corporate world, the call of entrepreneurship beckoned, leading Angelo (owner/pasta maker) to embark on a flavorful journey alongside his wife, Ella. 

Our shared passion for exploring our Italian heritage and the joy of creating authentic dishes led us to the birth of L'Amore Della Pasta. At the heart of our company lies the art of crafting artisanal, air-dried pasta in small batches. A process that spans 3 to 4 days, from dough-making to pasta cutting, drying, and packaging. With a dedication to tradition, we bring a piece of Calabria, Italy to our customers' tables.
